Last night my wonderful husband allowed me to stay sleeping at 2:30 am while he attended to miss Lucy. I was so excited about that, until about a half-hour later I heard "babe..." over the baby monitor. It seems little miss fussypants projectile vomited all over her miracle blanket, pjs, and daddy. So, up I am cleaning and getting her tummy semi-filled again, and back to bed. I felt bad for hubs because he tried so hard... he kept apologizing for waking me up. I told him it would have happened regardless of who was feeding her, but he still felt guilty. I mean, why? Was he rattling her like a milkshake and causing her to combust? I think not. I think I will let him try again tonight :)

Oh, and while we are talking about crazy random things - what the heck is up with Grey's Anatomy and Private Practice? I think that Shonda Grimes lady is satan-like making us wait until September/October to see who all lives.... not nice. Now I am stuck watching reality television until then... thank God Big Brother comes on soon. That will occupy my time 3 nights a week. Since the little lady bug keeps me up at night, I might as well subscribe to the live feeds to give me something to do at 3am. Wow, I am pathetic.

Thought to ponder: Why do 'Twinkle Twinkle Little Star' and 'ABCs' have the same tune? Could the creators not think of an original background? Was there a lawsuit for stealing? Interesting things cross your mind in the middle of the night.
